Fees for Our Mediation Services

At The Dispute Resolution Space we know that it's important for you to know the cost of our services up front so there are no hidden charges.

We provide the intial consultation for free and then all of our fees are fixed. Some of our services (for example, child consultation and the documentation of agreements) are optional extras.

The cost of room hire in some locations will be passed onto the parties, but we will always offer virtual mediation which is of no extra cost.

This is a detailed interview after your free consultation to assess whether mediation is appropriate, and to discuss your options.

Mediation - half day or full day

This is a half day or full day mediation for parenting or property matters.

$950 half day or $1,650 full day

Section 60I Certificate

The issuing of a s60I Certificate to allow a party to proceed with a parenting matter to Court. The s60I Certificate is included in the price of our Mediation. A Fee is only charged if the matter doesn't proceed to Mediation

Cancellation Fees of 10% will apply to Services cancelled within 2 Business Days of the scheduled Meeting

Optional Documentation Services

The Dispute Resolution Space can also complete the following documentation for you:

Parenting Agreement - $350 per person + GST
Property Heads of Agreement - $450 per person + GST
